At Connolly, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship Your Items
Affix the pre-paid DHL shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized collection point or schedule a courier pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
